Teija is an RMT, a graduate from The Ontario College of Health and Technology, Brock University, and MĀ Wellness & Yoga Victoria BC 200Hr YTT. She has a passion for movement studies and how we relate to the natural world. Teija aims to take a holistic approach to health as a means to meet each client where they’re at along their well-being journey! She is a firm believer of balance within the body. Teija uses a combination of techniques to work towards pain management, reducing stress and increasing flexibility and strength in the body by including General Swedish Massage, myofascial release, hydro therapies, trigger point therapy, stretching and remedial exercises where necessary. When Teija is not at the clinic she is out and about practicing mindfulness while engaging in her favourite activities such as yoga, hiking, running, walking, biking, and paddling!
