Holistic Wellness Physiotherapy
Meghan graduated from Queen’s University in 2008 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Over the past 11 years she has gained extensive experience working with patients with Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health injuries. Through post graduate courses, as well as her own experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery, Meghan developed a strong interest in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Meghan has completed courses focusing on the assessment and treatment of incontinence, weak core and/or pelvic floor, pelvic organ prolapse, bladder issues, pelvic pain, abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti), pregnancy-related dysfunctions, and guidance for successful post-natal recovery, including treatment of perineal/c-section scars and also addressing pain with intercourse. Meghan is passionate about providing women with a safe one-on-one environment where they feel a strong level of support and professionalism in addressing their pelvic health concerns.
