Axis Therapy & Performance
Camryn is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from the Humber Massage Therapy Program. Prior to Humber, Camryn graduated from a post secondary dance academy, where she trained heavily in contemporary and ballet, working alongside many professionals within the GTA. With her extensive knowledge and appreciation for the body, Camryn aspires to combine her passion for dance and fitness with her practice as a massage therapist. Through the use of various manual techniques, cupping therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, kinesiology taping, and remedial exercises, she plans to work with her clients to create individual treatment plans to assist with the injury at hand, as well as provide preventative measures. During her treatments, Camryn wants to educate her clients on their body, helping them become further aligned with their physical and mental health. Camryn has experience working with a variety of populations including infants, children, pre- and post-natal, athletes, neurological conditions, chronic pain and health conditions, mental illness and palliative care. These opportunities allowed Camryn to not only develop her technique and assessment skills but also communication skills, creating a warm and welcome environment to promote healing and relaxation for each of her clients.

Our Advanced Massage Therapy session is ideal if you’re looking for more than just symptom relief — it’s designed for people who want a deeper dive into understanding and resolving the root cause of their pain. This session is not a general full-body massage. Your therapist will perform a targeted assessment using our Movement Blueprint framework to identify key areas of restriction, compensation, or imbalance. From there, they’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that blends advanced manual therapy with movement-based strategies. Expect focused, goal-driven care tailored to your needs — whether you’re looking to manage a chronic condition, recover from injury, or optimize your performance so you can train and move pain-free. Treatments are provided by our senior therapists with additional training in Cupping Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Acupuncture, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, and Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques.
