I am an LMT for the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. I am a CLT from Norton School. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I also hold a certification in IASTM. I have a past history in the medical field and a strong desire to help people. My studies have shown me there are things we can do daily to avoid getting caught up in the "Medical System" and I feel massage, bodywork, and healthy lifestyle choices are on the frontline of these daily choices. I believe everyone can benefit from some form of hands on therapy and my goal is to introduce it to people who desire to find better ways to maintain their lives.
Our full body Himalayan Salt Stone Massage relaxes as it balances the central nervous system. It uses hand carved salt crystals and oil to apply a warm ion rich therapy. This massage treatment combines Swedish massage techniques, thermal therapy, salt therapy, reflexology and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
