I am an LMT for the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. I am a CLT from Norton School. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I also hold a certification in IASTM. I have a past history in the medical field and a strong desire to help people. My studies have shown me there are things we can do daily to avoid getting caught up in the "Medical System" and I feel massage, bodywork, and healthy lifestyle choices are on the frontline of these daily choices. I believe everyone can benefit from some form of hands on therapy and my goal is to introduce it to people who desire to find better ways to maintain their lives.
Massage
Your choice of oil is heated and/or blended with essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the warmth and contact of the therapist’s hands, the use of hot oil induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage that is intended to encourage the natural drainage of lymph. MLD is recommended for treatment of Lymphedema due to cancer or infection. It's also helpful for congestion and arthritis, as well as improving scar tissue and reducing bruising after surgery or injury. It is excellent for rejuvenation as a beauty treatment and to reduce puffiness and fine lines and wrinkles. This service is also intended for Post Surgical Procedures.
