Dr. Nona Nikzad is a registered chiropractor who received her chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Prior to studying at CMCC she obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology from York University. She has always been passionate about being a healthcare provider and practices diversified chiropractic approach in treatment. She strongly believes that caring for the whole person, not just their symptoms is the best way to help patients. As a result, she provides a range of treatments such as chiropractic manipulations, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations to dietary modifications and lifestyle changes. Nina has specialized training in acupuncture to supply in treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. Nina has worked in multi-disciplinary settings with family doctors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, naturopaths and understands the importance of implementing a patient-centred approach to optimize patient care. Dr. Nikzad has special interest in treatment and rehabilitation of seniors, assisting patients maintain optimal health and improve balance, endurance and bone strength.
