This treatment combines the calming and grounding techniques of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with massage therapy. Treatment begins with a therapeutic massage focused on the areas of concern and ends with craniosacral therapy. CST is a gentle hands-on treatment that supports the body’s natural rhythms by working with the craniosacral flow. Craniosacral Therapy promotes a deep sense of relaxation, making it an excellent treatment for emotional well-being. You can read more about the benefits of CST on our website www.abalancedbody.ca
