Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Dr. Kristin Ling grew up with a love for sports, outdoor activity, and healthy living. She completed her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Laurentian University with a concentration in Health Promotion before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Throughout her training, Dr. Ling developed a deep interest in caring for babies, children, and growing families. Her clinical experience includes providing chiropractic care at the Aptus Children’s Centre, where she supported children with developmental disabilities—an experience that strengthened her commitment to gentle, supportive pediatric care. As a mom of two young girls, Dr. Ling brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her practice. She understands the unique physical demands women face during pregnancy and postpartum, and she knows firsthand the importance of supporting children through their development, growth, and milestone achievement. Her goal is to create a space where families feel informed, comfortable, and empowered. Dr. Ling enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, but finds caring for babies, children, and pre- and post-natal patients especially rewarding. Her patient-centered, evidence-informed treatments may include: - Spinal Manipulative Therapy - Acupuncture - Mobilizations - Soft Tissue Therapy - Rehabilitation Exercises & Education She is also trained in several additional techniques, including Activator, taping, and drop piece/toggle board adjusting, allowing her to tailor care to each patient’s needs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Ling can often be found hiking with her dog, working on jigsaw puzzles, or enjoying family adventures throughout the Valley. She is a proud member of the Chiropractic College of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
