Tamara is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada as well as a member of the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. She graduated from the 3000-hour Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009, and graduated with honours from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. Tamara has worked in a variety of settings, where she has seen a diverse clientele with a range of ailments, injuries, and treatment needs. This work experience has given her the ability and knowledge to work with various clients to address their treatment goals. She is able to adapt her treatments to each individual’s needs. Tamara is currently bringing these new skills and whole-body approach to help restore her clients to optimal health. She uses Osteo-Articular adjustments, Cranial-Sacral techniques, Fascial Release, and Visceral Manipulation to improve mobility, alleviate tension, and remove restrictions in the body’s systems. She is currently accepting new patients; call or book online today. For seven years, she also served as lead therapist at Mica Heli in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Tamara enjoys spending her spare time outdoors hiking and mountain biking, as well as teaching and practicing yoga.
