Heléna is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support their overall well-being. She has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports-related injuries, and injury rehabilitation, while providing individualized, patient-centred care. Heléna is passionate about creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard and confident in their care. Her goal is to help patients move better, manage pain, and support their long-term health through personalized treatment. Outside of the clinic, Heléna enjoys running, going to the gym, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her golden retriever.
