She takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment, drawing from biodynamic myofascial manipulation, craniosacral/fascial therapies, neurodynamics, sports stretching, and visceral massage. Kitt’s treatment philosophy is guided by Relief- Relax- Rehab framework, supporting clients through three key stages: relieving pain and tension, encouraging deep relaxation, and building strength, mobility and resilience for change. Her work is informed by an interest in the relationship between movement, the nervous system stress, alignment, and pain. She works with a variety of concerned, including chronic tension pain, repetitive strain, injuries of all kinds, headaches, TMJ, migraines, and postural patterns. Kitt’s goal is to create a safe, collaborative treatment experience that helps each client feel more comfortable, capable and at home in their own body.
