Taylyr has been immersed in the wellness industry for over 10 years. Her deep fascination with the connection between mind and body fuels her passion for lifelong learning and her desire to understand what truly moves and heals us. She has studied a range of modalities—including massage, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra—which are naturally infused into her treatments to support and address the whole person. Over the years, Taylyr has found that the most impactful and lasting change happens when care is holistic. In her trauma-informed practice, she approaches each session as a collaborative experience, working with you to restore balance and empower you with tools to support your journey beyond the treatment room. What to Expect: Each session begins with mindfulness and guided breathing to help you ground and arrive fully. This is followed by a short conversation to guide your shared intentions. Taylyr then draws from a blend of myofascial, Swedish, and relaxation techniques to bring you into a deeper connection with your body. To close, she offers tailored home-care exercises to continue supporting your wellness between sessions. In her free time, Taylyr enjoys hiking, boating, crocheting, traveling, and continually learning about the mind-body-spirit connection. During your first appointment, the hands-on portion of the massage will likely be closer to 45-50 minutes. This allows the RMT time to review your health history, assess your areas of concern, develop a treatment plan, obtain your consent, and allow time for reassessment and homecare recommendations at the end of the session.
