Massage Therapy

Whether from posture, injuries, or emotional trauma, our muscles and fascia hold patterns. Bodywork helps us release these patterns and live with more comfort and ease. Treatments are highly individualized and can vary from clinical massage to sessions that focus more on nourishing and grounding, incorporating energy work to reduce anxiety and increase relaxation. While many sessions focus on pain relief and optimizing physical function, we also believe in the simple healing power of touch to promote ease and comfort. Please be aware that your time on the massage table is 45-50 minutes-- the additional time is built in to account for conversation, changing clothes, and checking out after your appointment. If you would like longer on the table, we do offer extended sessions as well! Tiered pricing: $125-$95

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

The lymphatic system is an essential part of the immune system responsible for removing waste, excess fluid, and toxins from the body. When lymph flow becomes sluggish, it can contribute to swelling, inflammation, fatigue, and fluid retention. Using light, gentle, rhythmic movements, this specialized massage helps stimulate lymph circulation and support the body’s natural healing processes. This treatment may be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing edema or chronic swelling, post-surgical swelling, lymphedema, autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, sinus congestion, poor circulation, or fatigue. This treatment is also useful for patients looking to support detoxification, immune health, recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness.
