Self-Care Solutions (for women)

18111 Prince Philip Dr, Suite 128, Olney, MD, 20832

Growing up, I was more often sick than healthy. After decades of taking medications, I was eventually diagnosed with Leaky Gut. Going back to nature and natural health became a focus and passion leading me to become a Certified Health Coach in 2012. In 2013, I discovered the power of essential oils and have not had a health crisis since incorporating natural medicine and essential oils into my lifestyle. In addition to coaching, I share my passion as an essential oils educator and also incorporate their benefits as a Registered Massage Practitioner and Integrative Reflexologist. My massage therapy education from Central Maryland School of Massage, included 750 hours of classroom and practical application. I am currently registered in Maryland.

A drop is put in the face cradle to support ease of breathing while facedown. Also, the doTERRA Deep Blue Rub is used on the back to soothe tension. Of course, these will not be used if you prefer.Includes warm massage table and weighted heat.
