Hi Im Jes, a licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience and certified in Yoga, Hypnosis, Reiki, and an Auto Accident Specialist. My passion is helping active adults who deal with upper body pain and stress find relief and feel at home in their bodies again. A lot of the discomfort my clients experience comes from muscular imbalanceswhether from an old injury, poor posture, or simply too much time at a desk. My sessions are always custom-tailored to your needs, blending different massage modalities, techniques, and pressures. You can expect everything from soothing relaxation to focused, therapeutic workall woven together in a calm, intuitive flow that helps your body release tension and reset. I believe a truly great massage is more than just working out knotsits about creating space for you to breathe, recharge, and feel your best. Clients often describe my style as both deeply effective and relaxing , helping them leave not only with less pain, but also with a greater sense of balance and ease.
Be sure to complete your intake form ASAP and allow 48 hours for verification. We currently accept Regence/BCBS of Oregon (60 min), UnitedHealthcare (60 min), Providence Collective Health plans (60 or 90 min), and HSA/FSA cards for Manual Therapy Sessions. Payments and co-pays are due at time of service. Insurance will be billed for services rendered; patient is responsible for any denied claims. Medicare and Medicare supplement plans do not cover these services.
