Sarah has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2010. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Integrative Health and Healing at Anoka Ramsey Community College and her Masters Degree in Acupuncture with a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. For the past 10 years, she owned and operated a successful practice in Coon Rapids and is now focusing solely on patient care at Total Health and Healing Center. Sarah is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has extensive clinical experience with a wide range of conditions including musculo-skeletal issues, headaches, insomnia, auto-immune disorders, chronic regional pain syndrome, infertility, gynecological issues, allergies, and more. She uses a variety of treatment techniques including Tan/Tung acupuncture, bleeding methods, Chinese herbal medicine, and several types of electrostimulation. In her free time, she enjoys training for and running races from 5ks to half-marathons, paddleboarding, playing pinball, and singing karaoke. She is fluent in French and is currently working to improve her Mandarin, German, Italian, and Norwegian skills.
