Jennifer is passionate about supporting the well-being of babies, children and people of all ages, helping them feel more comfortable, connected and at ease within their bodies. With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, Jennifer brings a diverse background in massage, energy work, trauma-informed care, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). While her path has included many healing modalities, her practice today is centred on combining CST + CFT. Gentle, hands on, anatomically specific modality that works with the nervous system + fascia to help the body unwind patterns of stress, tension and trauma. This can be the missing link to addressing underlying patterns that may contribute to chronic pain, tension, stress and dysregulation. Jennifer has a special passion for working with babies and children, using gentle technique’s to help bring ease and movement into their bodies. She also works with athletes of all ages to support recovery, release restrictions, reduce stress, and tension, and enhance overall performance and resilience.
