Megan graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With a lifelong love for sports, fitness, and movement, Megan grew up playing hockey and lacrosse—sparking her curiosity about how the body functions and performs. That early interest evolved into a passion for health and strength training, which eventually led her into bodybuilding. Over the past year, she has competed in several shows and earned her personal training certification to expand her knowledge and better support her clients. In her practice, Megan has a strong passion for working with athletes and active individuals. She focuses on blending healthcare and fitness to help people perform at their best, recover from injuries, and build resilience through movement. Whether she’s helping someone return to sport, progress through rehab, or improve performance in the gym, Megan’s approach is centered on empowering clients to feel and move their best. Every treatment is tailored to your unique goals. Megan’s aim is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay doing what you love, longer.
