Marquise Swaby completed his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University, prior to this, obtained a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. He has a comprehensive understanding in treating athletes from the competitive to professional level, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, preoperative and postoperative surgery, concussions, and more. He is currently certified in acupuncture & dry needling, CCMI Concussion Management, and has a strong focus on manual therapy and movement. Having a passion for community involvement, he has worked with Team Canada Women’s Basketball, NBA player led camps, CoComelon Party Time actresses, led and assisted with programs and discussions through Big Brothers Big Sisters, Western University MPT program and schools in GTA. During his spare time, Marquise enjoys eating a variety of cuisines, travelling and staying active through running, weightlifting, basketball and more. Marquise provides personalized treatment programs with an emphasis on therapeutic movement, function, and gradual progression through physical and mental wellness. He has found fulfillment in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, along with providing empowerment to individuals. Currently, he is a part of various community and curricular initiatives that provide a voice and resources for marginalized individuals.
