Dr. Dalbir Bal is an alumni of New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Prior to this, Dr. Bal attended the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Her dedication to her patients and commitment to their health and well-being is evident in every patient encounter. She is highly knowledgeable on a vast variety of neuromuscular conditions and formulates evidence-based treatment plans for relief of back pain, headaches, ankle sprains, sports injuries, cervical and lumbar disc herniations, and hip pain among many others. She is trained and highly skilled at the following techniques: manual manipulation (Diversified), electrical stimulation including IFC, Biphasic and Russian stimulation and ultrasound, Connect X and pin and stretch muscle release. Furthermore, she is certified in Nimmo soft tissue technique, CPR and Sports Science and Human Performance. As part of every patient’s treatment, Dr. Bal educates her patients on their condition and how they can take the steps necessary to help accelerate their healing and better their prognosis. She places special emphasis on rehabilitation exercises in addition to treatment rendered in the office.

Initial Assessment & Treatment

Chiropractor will perform a range of tests that may include assessment of your posture and range of movement. Doctor may feel your spine, move your joints and watch the way you walk. He or she will also test your muscle strength, reflexes, and range of motion. This is followed by a treatment as designed by the Chiropractor and may include spine manipulation, active release technique or stretching.
