Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor Acupuncture, Cupping, Myofascial Scraping Tuesday through Thursday Lindsey is enthusiastic about finding healing and comfort at each person’s individual level. She provides grounding, spirit-calming acupuncture treatments and works collaboratively with her patients to heal what ails them through both the passive (treatment) and active (lifestyle adjustments) lenses. Lindsey’s treatments include acupuncture, herbal medicine, food counseling, cupping, massage, Gua Sha, e-stim acupuncture, and breath-focused calming practices. She is especially well suited at helping acupuncture not be scary for those who fear needles, or are touch sensitive. Her needling style is gentle, yet powerful, and gets to the root of the issue without causing her patients pain or nervousness in the treatment room. Her background in yoga and love of fitness have equipped her with a keen understanding of the body, where the energy knots causing pain, and how to unwind it. She loves assisting people with anything in the way of their health and happiness, and especially loves being a pain detective for both chronic and acute pain (ie: achy neck or work related back pain), low libido, menstrual and menopausal health (periods should not be miserable!), constipation and indigestion, headaches, sleep struggles, anxiety and depression, and working with kids. If you have any questions about how or what Lindsey treats, email her at [email protected], She’s always available for questions! *LGBTQIA2S+ as well as all bodies, professions, and ages are safe and welcome!

Acupuncture First Visit, 75 Minutes

Book this if you are a A. new acupuncture patient, B. if this is your first time seeing this acupuncturist, or C. you are a return patient but have a new more complex ailment or injury. You can expect a thorough diagnostic intake where your provider will ask about the details of your primary concern, past medical history, and questions to illuminate you as a holistic human. This allows your treatment to be highly specialized to your specific needs, and for return patients seeing a new provider, this allows them the extra time needed to get to know you and your body.
