Hi there! I’m Nina Caroline Reiss, Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Therapist. I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, after studying at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I’ve been immersed in the wellness industry for the last 10 years, combining my passion for movement with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My approach bridges evidence-based care with holistic practices, and I focus on helping people achieve balance through manual therapy that addresses both the physical and nervous system aspects of healing. Currently, I am studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in order to bring together Eastern and Western medicine, offering a truly integrative approach to health. I work with people to support: Stress reduction & relaxation Chronic pain & injury recovery Sleep disturbances Nervous system regulation Postural imbalances & muscle stiffness I believe healing starts from within, and I’m dedicated to supporting your journey with techniques like myofascial release, hydrotherapy, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel grounded and at ease. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me outdoors—whether I’m hiking, camping, sailing, or spending time by the water. I also love reading poetry, collecting new hobbies, and exploring the world. I’m a firm believer that life, much like healing, is about building, evolving, and perfecting every detail along the way. Let’s work together to release tension, support your nervous system, and help you feel your best.
