I received my massage diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Then furthered my education by acquiring certifications in myofascial release, myoskeletal manual therapy, Kineso taping and becoming an Active Release Technique Provider ART. Currently, I am working towards movement screening alongside posture and pain alignment techniques. My education focus has been looking at the mind and body connection layer by layer, lymphatic system, fascia, muscle, and skeletal. I am a lifelong learner and love seeking out new research and modalities. My practice has a patient centered approach utilizing research, treatment options, health team consultation and patient education. Therapeutic massage is a unique healthcare treatment that encompasses prevention, maintenance and rehabilitation; my focus is on tailoring its functions using a combination of techniques to meet my patient’s goals.
