Ahmad is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours BSc in Human Kinetics (Highest Distinction) from the University of Ottawa. With a deep understanding on the importance of movement and mobility for the enjoyment of everyday life, he is committed to helping clients recover, prevent injury, and optimize performance through a personalized, evidence-based approach. Drawing from his experience as a high-performance soccer player in Europe, Ahmad understands the physical and mental demands of sport and injury. He specializes in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, holding a FIFA Medical Diploma in Football Medicine and advanced training in running injury rehabilitation . He works with athletes of all levels, helping them return to their sport stronger and more resilient. Ahmad is also highly skilled in Manual Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, Needling techniques, and has advanced training in Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation —helping clients overcome dizziness, balance issues, and post-concussion symptoms. Whether recovering from injury or enhancing performance, he tailors his treatments to each individual’s goals. Outside the clinic, Ahmad enjoys staying active through running, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. He also loves hiking in Gatineau Park, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
