Laura helps people move better, recover from injuries, and find relief from persistent pain. Each treatment is tailored to the client’s specific needs and may include a combination of targeted deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, acupuncture, cupping, and/or stretching to support optimal alignment and lasting recovery. Since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2016, Laura has focused her practice on helping athletes, active individuals, and anyone navigating pain or mobility challenges. Outside the clinic, Laura stays active outdoors and plays piano — bringing the same energy and focus to her own life that she offers to every client.
Full jaw and neck assessment with a thorough treatment to reduce pain, improve movement, and address clenching or headaches. Includes gentle intra-oral techniques and optional acupuncture. Best for first-time TMJ clients or anyone with longer-standing or more complex jaw issues.
