“My passion for health, movement, and rehabilitation began through sports. Growing up, I was constantly involved in athletics and physical activity, which naturally led me toward a career in healthcare and performance. After experiencing and rehabilitating my own sports injuries, I realized how meaningful it is to help others return to the activities they love and improve their overall quality of life.” Justin Vautour is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Athletic Therapy and strength and conditioning. He completed his Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences. Justin has also completed certification studies in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. Throughout his career, Justin has worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. His treatment approach combines clinical reasoning, hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education to help clients reduce pain, improve function, and achieve their health and fitness goals. Justin’s experience includes working with the general population, active individuals, and athletes, including an internship with the Toronto Raptors organization during the 2018–2019 season. Outside the clinic, Justin enjoys working out, hiking, spending time with friends, and attending live music events.
