Please note: As of September 1, 2026, Initial Registered Foot Reflexology will be changing to $120.00/session. Subsequent Registered Foot Reflexology $91.00/session. Certified and Registered as a Reflexology Therapist through the Reflexology Association of Canada, R.A.C., Kristen uses her knowledge of the body’s systems, and experience in health and wellness to provide a restorative and balancing session. Using sensitive, trained hand techniques, Kristen can detect small deposits and imbalances in the body systems, and by working on these reflex points, can release the blockages and restore the body to optimal function. When she isn’t practicing reflexology, Kristen enjoys gardening and preserving food, building things, playing classical cello, making handmade bath and body items like soap and shampoo, and spending time with her family and 3 cats (2 are special needs). Kristen has a fascination for the inner workings of the human body and the capacity for connection, self-healing and the importance of nutrition.
