Benjamin is a bilingual (English/French) physiotherapist who completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy as well as his undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa. Having played competitive hockey and lacrosse in his youth, Benjamin was able to experience first-hand the benefits of physiotherapy in overcoming sports related injuries. Benjamin’s interest in movement impairments, rehabilitation and performance sparked his desire for becoming a physiotherapist. His evidence-based approach to care is founded on education, exercise, and manual therapy. He strongly believes in the therapeutic benefits of exercise and aims to provide a movement-based approach to rehabilitation, by creating individualized treatment plans with meaningful goals to help patients move and feel their best. Benjamin believes the best rehabilitation happens when patients feel informed, supported, and active in their care. Benjamin seeks to improve his clinical skills through continued education courses, and is certified in Functional Dry Needling. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys strength training, bouldering, swimming, hockey, and golf.
