Colin is a Osteopathic practitioner originally trained in Australia, obtaining his Masters in Osteopathy from Victoria University. With over a decade of practice and learning, Colin takes a unique approach focusing on biomechanics, and integrating the nervous system to movement. During a session he utilises manual therapy, such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, Muscle energy technique and counter-strain. He will also utilize exercise to efficiently load the muscles and joints, and progressively build strength and confidence through problematic areas. He finds the best solution to get people from all walks of life get pain free, moving better and doing what they love to do.
