Olorunfemi Akinduro is a Registered Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, and Physiotherapy Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. As a former varsity athlete and Canadian national team track and field competitor, Olorunfemi brings a high-performance perspective to his work while maintaining an approachable and supportive style. He has extensive experience working with individuals across all activity levels—from those just beginning their fitness journey to competitive athletes aiming to optimize performance. Olorunfemi has worked closely with youth, sport participants, and general population clients, drawing on a lifelong passion for movement and a diverse background in soccer, basketball, and athletics. Whether assisting with rehabilitation or developing personalized fitness programs, he is committed to helping clients move with confidence and achieve their goals through evidence-based, individualized care.
