Dennise Reas, BScPT takes an exercise-based approach to physiotherapy, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and how to improve it. She works with injury recovery, mobility concerns, and strength building, combining hands-on treatment, IMS dry needling, and personalized exercise programs tailored to your goals. With over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer, Dennise brings a unique perspective to rehab—bridging the gap between treatment and real-life movement. She’s known for her clear communication, supportive approach, and ability to create plans that feel realistic and effective. Her goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in your body for the long term. Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
During your 45-minute initial physiotherapy appointment, your therapist will complete a detailed assessment to understand the cause of your pain or movement concerns. This includes a conversation about your health history and goals, a physical exam, and a review of any contributing factors. You’ll also receive an individualized treatment plan and guidance on next steps to help you move, heal, and feel your best.
