Teagan is a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with a focus on sports recovery and back pain management. Raised in Longmont in a family of medical professionals, Teagan developed an early appreciation for helping others heal. Drawn to a non-surgical, hands-on approach, Teagan found a natural fit in massage therapy, supported by a lifelong athletic background that includes wrestling, climbing, and jiu-jitsu. After experiencing a back injury himself, Teagan expanded his training to include personal training, allowing him to integrate movement-based recovery into their work. Using techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy, Teagan takes a thoughtful, individualized approach—helping clients move better, recover fully, and perform at their best.
60 minute massage sessions are great for really getting in there and focusing on that tension that you always hold *there* and allowing your therapist time for full-body massage that doesn't need a lot of focused work.
