Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and has since gained extensive clinical experience. Amber is confident working with individuals of all abilities and is passionate about tailoring programs to meet each person’s unique needs. A lifelong mover, Amber practices what she preaches. You’ll find her in the gym most days strength training, and she never misses a chance to hit the volleyball court—indoors or out. Her love for physical activity is matched by her drive to help others, especially women, build strength, confidence, and independence through movement.
