**Mae Meyer, RMT** **Calm is kind of her superpower.** Some people walk into a room and immediately turn the volume down. Mae is one of those people. Warm, grounded, and easy to be around, Mae makes it remarkably simple to settle in and exhale. But don’t mistake calm for casual: she listens closely, pays attention, and shapes the session around what you need that day—whether that’s focused work, a chance to switch off, or a satisfying bit of both. A graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2,200-hour program, Mae has been practising since 2018. Away from the clinic, she’s a busy mom of three who enjoys cooking, fitness, and gardening—which frankly makes the whole calm presence thing even more impressive.
