RMT Movement Practitioner With roots in dance and movement, Celia’s approach to bodywork is deeply informed by rhythm, alignment, and the art of recovery. After a series of falls and soft tissue injuries early in her dance career, she developed a lasting fascination with the body’s capacity to heal and adapt through intelligent movement. A Registered Massage Therapist since 2005, Celia integrates fascia-focused and nervous-system-based therapies that restore flow, balance, and resilience. Her work blends Sarga Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Passive Stretching, and Deep Tissue techniques — all grounded in mindful breath and presence. Celia’s practice extends far beyond the table. She works privately with clients worldwide — from Toronto to secluded estates and retreats abroad — supporting performance, recovery, and reconnection through movement, touch, and breath. When not working with clients, she can be found practicing ballet and contemporary dance, exploring new countries, or road-tripping in her camper van Beatrice . For Celia, this work is more than a career — it’s a lifelong study in movement, freedom, and the art of embodied living.
