Alex is a Physiotherapist with a background deeply rooted in sports and movement science. Growing up playing hockey, Alex’s personal experiences with injury recovery ignited a desire to help others overcome their physical challenges. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University and completing a Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, Alex has developed a holistic approach to care that focuses on optimizing movement and function. Alex is passionate about empowering clients through a combination of personalized education, hands-on techniques, and exercise-based rehabilitation. He believes that each person’s recovery journey is unique, and he works closely with individuals to create customized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
