Originally from New Brunswick, Jeff completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at St. Francis Xavier University and his Master of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. Jeff worked as a physiotherapist in Halifax, Nova Scotia before moving to Newfoundland to practice. Jeff has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment Level 1 and Level 2, Mulligan manual therapy, Dry Needling, and further education through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute. Jeff believes that consistent and frequent movement is the key to a pain-free healthy life. Active participation by the client and proper education is the most important when it comes to a successful treatment plan. He provides clients with the information that allows them to achieve their functional goals, make healthy lifestyle choices and prevents injuries in the future.
