With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Jacqueline is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor, and Exercise Therapist dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. Her mission is to create an inclusive and empowering fitness space where everyone—regardless of ability—can thrive. As both a Special Education Teacher and a certified Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer, Jacqueline specializes in designing personalized training programs that meet the unique needs of diverse clients. Her postgraduate degree in Special Education enhances her ability to deliver effective, individualized instruction, particularly for those who benefit from a more tailored, supportive approach to fitness. She has worked extensively with clients of all ages and abilities, supporting goals from strength development and injury recovery to mobility enhancement and functional fitness. Jacqueline’s deep knowledge extends across multiple modalities, with certifications in Exercise Therapy, Personal Training, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She has also completed specialized training in Low Back Care, Hip Programming, Functional Training (Gray Institute 3D Maps & Applied Functional Science), Women’s Pelvic Floor Health (Core Confidence Program), Yoga Detour Method, Mobility Coaching, Trauma-Informed Training, and Metabolic Conditioning. Her expertise in mindful movement is further enriched by studies in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Aging, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness Meditation. A lifelong advocate for strength training, Jacqueline has a background in powerlifting and even organized a powerlifting competition for young adults with diverse abilities—fostering confidence and resilience through strength. She believes that small, intentional changes can create profound shifts in overall well-being and is passionate about helping clients integrate movement into their daily lives in ways that are both sustainable and empowering. Jacqueline has been coaching clients at Phases since 2009, offering practical strategies and insights that extend beyond the gym—helping individuals build a foundation for lifelong health, mobility, and strength.

Physiotherapy (Corrective Exercises - 50 min)

*INITIAL VISIT IS REQUIRED WITH OUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST. Combining Physiotherapy and Functional/Corrective Exercise, prevents injury. People who suffer from pain have difficulty performing exercises properly. Proper exercises require a key eye by your PT for corrections, guidance, understanding to reduce further injury and improve strength. This service is covered under your Extended Health benefits.
