I love being an RMT. I believe you are the expert of your body’s experience. Together we figure out ways to help you feel better. As a 2016 graduate of Sutherland Chan School, I have worked with patients who experience chronic pain, trauma related physical symptoms, palliative patients, etc. I am an evidence-based therapist, who has prioritized continuing education in pain science, acupuncture and HAES movement practices. I think at the heart of a great massage experience is active listening, attentive hands-on skills and an amazing playlist.
Experience the benefits of heat therapy without the weight of a full-body stone layout. Our Focused Hot Stone Massage is a specialized treatment designed for those who want the therapeutic power of heated basalt stones concentrated on their most stubborn "trouble spots." By using fewer stones strategically placed on specific areas of tension—such as the lower back, shoulders, or neck—we allow for a more agile, hands-on massage while the stones provide deep, penetrating warmth where you need it most. This "less is more" approach ensures that the heat is never overwhelming, allowing your therapist to integrate the stones seamlessly into a flowing, restorative massage. You’ll enjoy deep muscle relaxation, enhanced circulation, nervous system reset and precision relief. While hot stone therapy is deeply healing, the intense heat is not suitable for everyone. This treatment is *not* recommended if you have any of the following: -Pregnancy -Circulatory & Heart Issues: Including high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes (especially with neuropathy). -Skin Sensitivity: Such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or nerve damage. - Acute Illness: Please reschedule if you have a fever. - Metal Implants: Heat can be conducted differently near internal hardware.
