Meghan is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (M.OMSc.) and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and a Master of Science in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph. She also brings valuable clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation, which further shaped her understanding of human health, recovery, and long-term wellness. A lifelong athlete, Meghan competed in synchronized swimming at the provincial and national levels for over a decade before transitioning to triathlon, where she competed both nationally and internationally for seven years. Her athletic background has provided firsthand insight into performance, injury prevention, recovery, and the importance of building resilience throughout all stages of life. Meghan’s treatment approach is rooted in biomechanics and informed by her extensive education in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and human health. She has a particular interest in injury recovery, chronic pain management, and preventative care. By identifying and addressing the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction, Meghan helps patients move toward lasting improvements in their health and well-being. At OM Integrative Healthcare, you have the flexibility to see any of our trained osteopaths for your follow-up visits. All our practitioners graduated from the same accredited osteopathy school and share consistent training and approach, ensuring you receive the same high standard of care at every visit.
