I am a holistic wellness practitioner based in Toronto and Windsor, ON. For the past two decades, I have been deeply committed to the field of natural healing, focusing on preventative measures and natural therapies that support the body’s intrinsic power to heal itself. My passion for this work is rooted in my holistic upbringing in Brazil and ever-evolving journey of education and intuitive practice. My career in wellness began with my acute awareness of how the body speaks to us. I believe each individual’s physical body carries its own unique stories, often with layers of “stuck” emotions that yearn to be released. This realization inspired me to delve deeper into the complexities of the human body, particularly the lymphatic system, which became my area of expertise following my husband’s diagnosis with a rare cancer. Inspired by the pioneering techniques of Vodder, and the innovative approaches of Godoy & Godoy in manual lymph drainage, I went on to develop a bespoke lymphatic drainage therapy. This personalized method not only enhances well-being and reduces cellulite but also strengthens immunological self-care, tailored to each client’s specific needs. In 2023, my practice took a profound turn as I embraced Theta Healing therapy. Theta Healing is more than a technique; it’s a transformative approach that addresses limiting beliefs and emotional patterns through the power of the theta brainwave state. This method fosters deep relaxation and enhances intuition, allowing me to facilitate holistic healing that spans the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms of well-being. My desire to understand the deeper emotional undercurrents within the body led me on a new path in January 2024. I began training in Somatic Therapy Coaching at the Aura Institute, completing Level 1. This therapy emphasizes the critical mind-body connection, using mindfulness, breathwork and movement to help individuals release tension and achieve a harmonious state of being. I am scheduled to complete Level 2 in September, to expand my repertoire of skills to serve my clients. Each step in my professional life has been driven by a simple yet powerful belief: when we feel better, we live better. This conviction is at the heart of my practice, where personal care is seen as integral to living a fulfilled and vibrant life. I am excited and honoured to continue supporting others on their transformative wellness journeys, providing guidance and care as they embark on their unique paths toward health and happiness.

Massage Therapy

Pregnancy Care Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Pre-natal

Fluid retention in pregnancy can cause swollen legs, ankles, feet, face and hands. Edema or fluid retention can cause the skin to feel tight and the joints to feel stiff, as well as putting pressure on nerves contributing to pain and possibly difficulty sleeping. By gently moving the lymphatic fluid using light strokes, this massage can ease swelling, fluid retention and discomfort, improve circulation, support the immune system as well as promote relaxation and calm; each beneficial in your health during pregnancy. It is important to consult your doctor before getting a massage, and be over 12 weeks into your pregnancy. When pregnant: If safe to do so, once a month after 12 weeks up to delivery to specifically alleviate water retention. Postpartum care: Whenever mom feels comfortable and is released by the doctor to receive massage therapy. In case of cesarean section, once the scar is healed we could work on minimizing scar tissue.
