Momo completed a 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program and focuses on helping people feel better, move better, and relax. Her approach is simple and client-centred - she listens first and tries to understand what each person needs that day, and adjust the treatment as she works. Momo uses a mix of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and stretching. Whether someone has tension from work, sports, or stress, her goal is to reduce discomfort and support recovery in a comfortable and safe environment. Outside of work, Momo loves exploring the outdoors and snowboarding in the Rockies. She believes that small improvements can make a big difference in daily life, and really enjoys seeing people leave a treatment feeling lighter and more relaxed.
