A graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Cylie has always had a passion for movement & wellness. Growing up active & involved in sports, she knew early on that she wanted a career centred around physical activity & helping others. She began her professional journey as a personal trainer & later transitioned into a rehabilitation assistant role, where she supported clients through return-to-work programs following injuries. Now working as a Registered Massage Therapist, she takes a gentle, pain-free approach to treatment, believing that lasting change happens when the body feels safe & supported. Cylie uses light to medium pressure & incorporates techniques such as general Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations & stretching to create a well-rounded, therapeutic experience tailored to each patient’s needs. She also places strong importance on patient homecare, providing simple, effective strategies to help strengthen & support the body between treatments, encouraging long-term relief, resilience & overall well-being. Outside the clinic, Cylie enjoys an active lifestyle with her dog, spending time outdoors hiking, biking, rock climbing, or snowboarding.
