Melissa has an extensive background working with athletes which ranges from high performance training, recovery facilitation, sport injury and injury prevention. Melissa is a strong believer of body maintenance in order to prevent injuries and to feel your best. Melissa's diverse skill set allows her to treat a wide range of conditions, everything from acute injuries to chronic pain through a combination of hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation and various modalities.
