Osteopathy

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique that uses light, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system and support the body's natural drainage of excess fluid and waste. MLD may be beneficial for a variety of conditions, including headaches, sinus congestion, lymphedema, lipedema, pre- and post-surgical swelling, and acute strains and sprains.
Brazilian lymphatic drainage is a manual therapy technique that uses rhythmic, directed massage strokes to stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce temporary fluid retention, and enhance body contouring. Provided by an RMT and may be adapted to the client's health needs and goals
