Seth Obrigewitsch, RMT, BSc (Kin) combines a kinesiology background with hands-on massage therapy to deliver care that goes beyond short-term relief. His approach focuses on understanding how your body moves, where things are breaking down, and how to restore balance so you can feel and perform at your best. Seth works with a wide range of concerns including sports injuries, motor vehicle accident recovery, postural imbalances, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic muscle tension. His treatments may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active techniques, and relaxation-based care—always tailored to what your body needs that day. With experience in multidisciplinary clinic settings, Seth has worked alongside a variety of healthcare professionals to support patients through different stages of recovery. His own background in sports, including football and basketball, gives him a practical understanding of injury, rehabilitation, and the importance of getting back to activity safely and confidently. Seth enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, and places a strong emphasis on clear guidance and realistic home care strategies—so your progress continues outside of the treatment room. **New Patients:** Please book either 45 or 60 minutes for your first visit as your therapist needs adequate time to go over your full health history and do an assessment. This will allow enough time for hands on treatment as well.
