Hi! I'm Mei (pronounced like May). After a serious car accident in that led me into a year of chiropractic and physical therapy, little did I know this event would change my life forever. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute a few years later in 2002. I specialize in relaxing, deep and effective bodywork utilizing a flowing mixture of Swedish relaxation techniques, Ashiatsu barefoot skills, Thai massage stretching and acupressure meridian work based in Chinese medicine with your preferred amount of pressure. As a certified yoga teacher, I love to share simple meditation and breathing techniques to help educate you with easy at home stretches to ensure proper alignment and posture - resulting in healing and preventing injuries, both physically and emotionally. With my vast experience of over 2 decades, I have the skills in modifying for your unique body, comfort and safety. I will always listen to your needs and respect your limitations, regardless of what body you are in.
