Her practice emphasizes relaxation, pain relief, and personalized home care plans to support ongoing self-care and injury prevention. Shasta is committed to trauma-informed care, creating a safe, supportive environment for clients who may be dealing with physical or emotional pain. She believes that massage therapy should be a space for healing and restoration, and she strives to offer each client a sense of ease and well-being.
