Arielle is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of clinical practice, graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2014. She has worked extensively in multidisciplinary clinical settings and brings a strong foundation in evidence-informed care alongside holistic healing principles. Her clinical approach focuses on reducing muscle tension, alleviating pain, improving tissue extensibility, and supporting healthy tissue metabolism—helping improve circulation, cellular repair, and recovery. Treatments are designed to address both symptoms and the underlying patterns contributing to pain and dysfunction. Arielle believes massage therapy offers a therapeutic space for clients to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and restore balance. She is a certified acupuncture provider through McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program (2019) and holds additional cupping therapy certification through the International Cupping Therapy Association (2015). Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and may integrate breathwork, acupuncture, cupping, essential oils, and hydrotherapy to support deeper release and nervous system regulation.
