Kayla is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from OCHT in 2022. She is also a Certified Athletic Therapist, having graduated from Sheridan College in 2020, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Allison University (2016). As a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive volleyball, she believes movement is the best medicine. Kayla combines general Swedish massage techniques, fascial work, and therapeutic exercises to help you return to the activities you love and your daily routine. She values building strong connections with her patients and tailoring treatments to their specific needs. Kayla has a special interest in concussions and concussion rehabilitation. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, competing in Hyrox, reading a good book, spending time by the water, and being with her family and her cats.
