Vanessa studied at Western University, where she graduated from the Honors Specialization in Kinesiology program in 2016, and from the Masters of Physical Therapy program in 2019. She developed a passion for pelvic health after having her daughter and wanted to be a source of knowledge and create a safe space for clients to come and learn about pelvic health, which can have great impact to one’s quality of life. Vanessa engaged in pelvic health training which consists of incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy/ birth prep/ post-partum, diastasis recti and cesarean rehabilitation. Her aim is to empower her clients to be active participants in their rehabilitation and to provide resources that allow them to advocate for themselves and their recovery. Outside of the clinic Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, synchronized skating, being outdoors, Pilates and yoga.
